The tailgate on a Citroen DS Safari should have zero cardboard liner covered in headlining fabric. After 50 years the cardboard turns to dust and the headlining falls off.
My plan is glass fibre twill weave cloth. Hopefully the PVA release agent will work and I'll be able to pop it out.
The clothes pegs? Holding the fabric against a tight curve.
I trimmed off the excess while still green.

We haven't had any problems with propane so far, and we've been using it at our house for cooking for about 12 years, with the propane supplied by a 20-gallon tank. I know several people who heat their homes with propane and have not had any issues with it. We recently installed two 120-gallon propane tanks, and if we switch to a propane-fired boiler, we would add a third 120-gallon tank.
Our winters here in Mid-Coast Maine are fairly cold, but certainly not as cold as northern Maine or several other states that border Canada. I've noticed that our winters seem to be getting progressively milder since we moved to Maine about 18 years ago, I lived in Minnesota for six years, and it was a LOT colder there.
The only time I recall having an issue with propane not turning to gas at a fast enough rate was when I was running my gas blacksmith forge at full bore on a fairly cold day from a small 5-gallon portable propane tank. That problem went away when I connected the forge to a 20-gallon tank. The forge really gulps down the propane, as the twin burners can bring the forge to around 3,000F/1,650C.
If I can find my old photos, I'll post a thread somewhere on the forum about how I built the forge. Here it is running full blast:

On with trollies project, made this today. It going to be the bed of a motorised trolley, made from more 50 x 25 x 3mm box. Should be able to carry about 500Kg
The mounting studs are made from M16 bolts that I had left over from a job some years ago. I forgot though, that they were fine thread, so have had to order some nuts to fit them. Also let the heads into the frame, as they were not long enough.
Waiting on some big castors now, after the false start with another company, so I can make the mounts, finish the welding and paint.
