My dad lifted one in and he's 65 so hopefully I'm good for another 40 years of so

Miller welder has a cart with a lever operated lift on back for the Beeg bottles.
On your cart, if needed, you can simply wack that bar off, and weld it back on lower down to make it easier.

Made an attempt of a logo for etching any bike bits I make.
Smaller ones are 10mm total length of text, then 15mm then 20mm.
Stainless, two sets with different scan interval, left at 0.1mm right at 0.05mm

Anodised aluminium, same dimensions as above.

Yes, thankfully I am young

Miller welder has a cart with a lever operated lift on back for the Beeg bottles.
On your cart, if needed, you can simply wack that bar off, and weld it back on lower down to make it easier.

Or you could use ratchet strap(s) to retain the cylinders

Pretty trivial today, hose barb to epoxy into Loudest Possible Airhorns*, to separate compressor (to hide inside the fairing out of the weather) and horns (pointing out towards the idiot pedestrians with earphones in and noses in their smartphones) - the horn as supplied splits pretty easily (one latching clip and thumbs) and has only a push-fit with o-ring for the compressor spigot into the horns. End going into the horns knurled for the epoxy, o-ring to ensure a decent seal! Hose (braided 6mm bore) will get DIY Clamp-Tite-Alike wire er... clamps.

*Chinese replica Steibel Nautilus Compact, 139 dB... 20A fuse!

Still chasing a wiring fault on the indicators i decided to move the rev counter on to the column support as it may be part of the problem, lump of 25mm flat plate saved from the furnace was used !

A sheath for my machete out of a bit of scrap plywood held together with glue and clinched nails in leiu of anything better


It beats the pvc sheath it came with. I've got some rides to clear in a local wood so it'll be a bit safer to cary in a back pack now.

Looks good -is that Dana 44 or Salisbury 4HA axle? My home made carrier spreader needed reinforcing to do Jag IRS diffs as they are armour plate thickness...

Because the person that invented the Dana axle decided that they would make the hole smaller than the assembly. I hope his armpits are infested with the fleas of 1000 camels and his arms are too short to scratch.
