The magnet rotor slipped on the motor shaft and jammed up on my resin printer wash station - it's a bit like one of the laboratory magnetic stirrers, rotating magnets magnetically coupling to a stirrer in vat of IPA.
Spot the appalling design flaw....that's a grub screw tightening onto the 'D' section motor shaft. The plastic is probably a high glass fill - it's incredibly stiff but also brittle. The red highlights cracks

Whilst I wait the 10-20 days for the replacement to arrive, apparently now aluminium alloy, I thought I'd repair this one.
Turned the hub down on the lathe and epoxied a steel tube reinforcing sleeve over it....works a treat.
