Yep, it offended my OCD when I saw that.
Just gone in the workshop and the switch is faintly humming,working fine though,any ideas?Replaced the Axminster switch,they replaced it under guarantee,it still has a faint vibration when thru the button as you press it.View attachment 345364
The switch has a coil in it that is energised when you push start. If you push stop OR the power goes off, it drops out so when the power comes back it needs starting again.Just gone in the workshop and the switch is faintly humming,working fine though,any ideas?
Oh and the mismatch of screws......it’s so far down the list of jobs,that it’s now buried

the sockets on the p..ss . like a ski slopeMoved the double socket behind the drill press and put all the drill bits and router cutters away:
