How many HGV tyres have you shot out?
Im not even going to dignify shooting the driver with an answer. Would never happen in those circumstances. This is not a rampage, it’s a HGV on a motorway. No one with half a brain would authorise that or be the one to fire.
About the only thing I agree with is that it has to stop and the sentencing is too lenient. That’s down to the courts which are guided by a matrix. Have you ever been to court? They literally go along the bottom of a chart and up the side and where they intersect that’s what you get, with a formula applied for early plea etc etc.

A little update:
"Ok so I may have jumped the gun, or they use just not efficient enough.
I called them in a huff ready for an argument. They said although it's down as case closed it just means there isn't enough lead for them to continue with. They will still look into it if I have more of a lead for them.
case was closed 13/09/21, evidence sent via online form 14/09/21.
They are just painfully slow I think. They said me emailing a registration isn't enough, it needs to be a video with the registration in it. So I've been and got a video of the video evidence and emailed them that tonight. If that's still not enough, god knows".
