You really don't need to do much math, just look up the PSF floor loading,
and then get some total loads in the columns (and then work backwards to the beams).
Simple addition.

12x4 oak beams with 3x3 top woods the room is 5m square

the 3x3s go into the wall across the beams and into the otherside of the wall
