Would you be interested in quoting? I can't do a double fold here, so I'd have to sub it out anyway.A double fold say 15/20 down and back in on its self 12 or so would be a lot stiffer.
You'd have to check if that would work in that particular fridge.
If you could get a bit folded up at at the back too, it would be very stiff. Just notch the corners so it fits in the 8mm slot still.
Made some only a couple of weeks ago, from 2mm.
I made a set of full length van drawers from 3mm aluminium with a return fold each side.You wouldn't believe how strong a sheet of 1.6mm can be when folded like this with a half return:

Gives the fold down some rigidity which keeps everything stronger.
