yeah be mindfull to keep the primered panels warm and dry as it can suck up moisture and cause the blisters , i always used to try and bake the preped panels on a low for a while incase they were holding any moisture

The panels are fully dried out and after going back to the gelcoat in places, they will be Epoxy primed.

If you are spraying in your garage. I am guessing you are using a simple setup, with just a compressor/hose/gun ?
To be honest, you could be just as easily blowing moisture and most likely oil out of your gun with the paint, so no matter how much you warm the panels or the ambient air, you may still end up with micro blisters.
You need to be drying the compressed air and filtering it as much as possible, to spray paint to a decent standard. What is your air setup like ? That would be my first consideration, before spending money on heaters, etc.

This will probably sound a bit dodgy but in winter I section off my workshop where the woodstove is if I'm doing any spraying. I crank the stove up so the whole place is warm and when I'm spraying I crack the workshop door open a bit and the woodstove works as an excellent exhaust fan as well. I have two little stove fans on top of the stove and this also seems to help.

Ha, Nice one. But paint mist is explosive !!! You should even be using the correct lights, to stop explosions, let alone, not having an open fire !! LOL. Keep safe.
If you do go this way be sure and get the short wave infra red.

This was a problem I faced recently. I was spraying a body tub with epoxy primer and I needed it to be be 15c in the garage. The work had taken longer than I'd hoped and the outside temp was down to nearer 10c by the time I was ready to spray. I bought a Firefly infra red heater which cost me £25. I used it for a couple of hours before spraying to get the temperature up, switched it off whilst I sprayed and then switched it back on after the air cleared. I was amazed what temperature everything got to after a few hours.
Unfortunately the place where I got mine from is out of stock until February (waiting for a slow boat from China no doubt) but if you could get one from somewhere else it's well worth it. It's going to keep me warm working out there this winter too.
