i can agree with that to a certain extent matt, the balance was shifted by man when the top natural predators were culled out of existence in the uk (bears, wolves etc) and so the natural balance is now kept by man in the form of dear culls and the like. then we have all the invasive species like black mink which admittedly were inadvertently introduced by man and have wreaked havoc on the indigenous species and are now being controlled by folks like BB who do provide a valuable service of pest control.

i am neither for nor against, i used to hunt and shoot and still ocasionally fish but all of my shooting now is with my camera, feild sports do have a place like it or not and as with all things in life there will be lovers and haters, such is life.....

Dearly Beloved has always loved the smell of Swarfega, no matter what it did to my hands. I have not used the stuff for donkeys' years but it still crops up in conversation every now and then.
