I did a 6minth stint as a plant fitter and we used to service breakers and a few times a week I’d collect/deliver them
Crap thankless job that you get covered in mud upto the armpits, then you get covered in engine oil or hydraulic oil
I’d never do it again but the money was really big as I was in London daily
Stick with what your doing and wait to see if things pay off, if it doesn’t you can honestly find dozens and I mean dozens of plant jobs for a very good reason
I gave up being a truck mechanic for the same reasons, concrete mixers only ever broke down on site, in mud, and usually because of a burst hydraulic pipe…
