Thank you @bR39Da I've been practicing lot more then I used to I can do longer runs but I'm trying to control the heat it starts getting to much I can't keep up with feeding wire

I’d say you need to leave the fillets now Dave. It’s obvious you have no real trouble with that joint.
I’d say you need to practice the outside corners now mate. It’s the one your struggling with and it’s the most used joint in any aluminium sheet fabrication. No point continuing with stuff you can do easily.

I have be practicing only pain is I only have tread plate aluminium and it's quite hard to slide along the tread I need to pick up a sheet of normal
