In my opinion, purest snake oil.
I tend to view most of these things like that. Especially on Facebook but at the same time I can imagine a product like it one day.
I actually purchased 3 pairs of shorts of a Facebook add. They ended up being awesome. So much so when I purchased another 3 on Amazon they came up 2 sizes smaller.

It is supplied in a 10lt bucket in Greece. To scared to try it….

at best, all that spray will do is mask a problem long enough to sell the house...if you are lucky...
