And with all this information overload, what do you do with it?Pretty good, gives you a sleep score, time in deep sleep, time in light sleep and time awake (as well as percentages). Then gives you analysis (eg fell asleep too late) as well as regularity stats (over the last 7 days). Finally it compares your time asleep and deep sleep with other people.
Im quite simplistic, Ive stopped wearing my clock work watch, if Im tired I go to bed, I get up when I wake up.
All most of these gadjets seem to do is add complexity to life.
