Hey ho everyone.
My car has developed a bit of a judder under braking so I expect the discs are in need a skim if not replacement.
They're big old beasties at 330 mm and are too big for my lathe. I might be able to squeeze them on the lathe at work but it'll be tight.
I've got a Bridgeport, a bunch of carbide cutters and a 10" rotary table so am wondering if it's possible to do the skimming on there instead.
I'm a bit in two minds - I reckon it'll take an age, even with a drill to spin the table but then again, it's what I've got and a few hundred notes for a couple of new discs is spurring my enthusiasm!
What do you think? Anyone tried it?
