Yeah, they would have workedYep, have ditched those angle connectors when fitting my own showers. Have a look at these on Screwfix. 8669H . Bit late now you have plastered over though.
had some realy hard tiles at work that needed a 6mm hole in same make i had quite a few to do from memory 14 teen ish i went through 3 of them and could of done with a 4 th at least as was burning through at the endDrilling holes in porcelain tiles - these have always been my favourite tile drills, but they struggle on these.
I need to do some 6,7,8mm holes.
Anyone recommend a more suitable brand?
Have a look at B.S. EN 806 as this gives the correct testing regime.Thanks chaps, i'll give the 577 a try. It does say it's made specifically for sticking parallel threads into tapered sockets so we'll give it a whirl.
Not ideal but i can pressure test it again once the mixer is on.
