I have been getting together things to get started welding and thought I would try and get a rent free gas bottle.So I looked on the SGS distributer list and phoned up the handiest place but the girl on the phone had no idea what I was talking about, I see there is a helpful guy from SGS on here and was wondering if I should try again or just try the next handiest place.

I had to go through a few closer distributors who weren't much help or were charging a lot more before finding the place I got mine from who were helpful and about £50 less than everybody else, but a bit of a journey. Having gotten 20L for £10 more than 10L I won't have to worry about going back for a while!
I'd either work down the list or contact SGS directly who I'm sure will be able to point you to the right people with the right gas.
