You tried bending 50x12 to meet as a finished flush invisible handrail to handrail joint much then?
If I was bending more than one I should do it by making a scroll jig first which makes things very much smoother
Bent this with forks in hardy hole
Small scrolls out of say 30x6 are considerably easier than 50x 12 in convex

I have a twister that came with a pile of metalcraft gear seconhand, but the allen screws are seized solid. It has a brand new basket making attachment too and at the moment they're just taking up space.

A very belated thank you to Julian the Gypsy who has furnished me with the twister I was after, together with a basket maker.

A week of soaking in plus gas and a bit of heat from the gas hob when Mrs A wasn't looking has got everything freed up and working nicely. Planning to get a few days in the forge over Christmas and will post up the results if they're any good...
