Is there a difference between consumables for a standard torch and HF? The consumables i need are for an Rtech P40HF, are these ones that were kindly posted above suitable for HF?

yes deffo mate, I have purchased a load more consumables from them also, I was looking at the longer tips instead of the short copper ones...

I don't think so but SWK will be able to say more definitely. The HF bit is done by the box and sent through the cables as far as I can see.

The stand off clips are a waste of space and the daft pink ceramic thingy? I have not fitted one of those for a couple of years and mine does get used lot.

Happy to measure some of mine if you'd like?might be useful. I just think the P50 consumables are different and larger possibly for reason.

The pink things seems to be there to obscure the view of the tip.
Cant see any point to it at all. The torch is cheap and nasty and very effective. I was going to replace mine but it works a treat and the consumables are cheap and last ages.

The ceramics might only be there to carry the standoff?? s a thought I had....but they dont all have standoffs and these people dont usually add things not needed if it adds price............but if it adds more to consumables...who know

Having seen your work Chunk there is no way I could achieve your clinical lines with a ceramic on . straight lines I struggle with
