I have one, I found it in a skip.

Here's a dimensioned sketch of the one from my machine plus another photo of it when removed (please ignore the rusted on metal fillings which I will chip off before re-attaching). This is a casting but could be machined from a lump of solid or even fabricated from angle and solid. Hope this proves useful. Not clear how the guard would have been attached to it. The one shown in your link appears to be attached to the edge of the horizontal bar. I haven't shown the radiused edges on the sketch but I'm sure you will add these to suit.

I would go with your thoughts on the two bolts. They are both clearance holes in the stop and each is taped in the main casting. I also assumed that the larger bolt was to do the bulk of the clamping force and the smaller just to act as stop to prevent it rotating. Did wonder if this smaller hole originally had a locating dowel as there was a set screw in it rather than a bolt so doubt it was original.

@Mikes Well here is the finished product, to drawing except I went with 2 5/16 socket cap. My old plate had one hole, see previous posts.
Given I am going to be drilling new holes in the plate I think the 2 bolts to hold firm and avoid any rotation as you mentioned seemed the best policy.
I only went with 2 radius edges. The next task is to design the sheet metal "crap deflecter", the plan is to hold that with 3 socket cap (through the 3/8" section)
I made it out of solid..managed to find a 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" square bit buried in the bits and pieces pile, so quite a bit of time was stock removal to get it to size !!

Not much help I know, but the four inch version is a 100x915 belt.

run a piece of string round your rollers and measure it then match the available belts to suit .I can measure mine tomorrow if u get stuck
Lovely bit of machining - proper job.
Fortunately, the previous owner gave me a spare new belt and the box that he had bought them in so the details are:
Naylors Abrasives RB101, Alox Cloth Belts
Size: 150 x 1090 mm P36
Prod Code : 101BESJ150X1090-36
These were supplied by A.J. Howard Distribution Ltd of Prittlewell, Southend.
The belt itself is marked Awuko, 5170, KT62X
Please be careful with this as I've not checked to see how far the cams are rotated to tension the belt but from my previous photo, there looks to be plenty of adjustment left at this size. Looking in the MSC catalogue, this is a standard size and equates to 43".

@Mikes Thanks for the complement, I had an inkling it was this that size the 107.5cm i'd measured didn't seem like a "Size" when i looked on various sites.
Now the job of trawling for belts, thinking of going Aluminia Zirconia not sure on what grade??
Not going to use it for mega removal, more removing heavy burs and fine tuning bit of steel

I mainly use a p 36 grit on mine it is quite course with good metal removal and a decent finish or if your in no rush and want a finer finish I use a p80 grade as above nailor belts are good quality il use any make as I got them cheap from autojumbles . mine runs just over 1450rpm using a 3 quarter hp motor and its well powerfull enough

@Milkybars have you looked into ceramic belts? They are not much more expensive than Zirconia and supposed to last longer.
I've got a selection of grits, I think 40, 60 80 and 120 should cover most things depending on what materials you are finishing.
I don't suppose you looked at the bearings on yours?
Mine are getting a bit rough and I'd like to see what they are but they have an ancient dust seal which looks like it might be brass and leather or similar - pretty much guaranteed to be knackered if I try and remove it.

@MetalMonkey I have gone with some 80 grit Zirconia (5 at £7each costs inc vat, I also got a small 5" grinding wheel for another project to obtain free postage )
We will see how they pan out

I suspect if things do go wrong that obtaining modern sealed units wouldn't be an issue, but that all depends on size.
My other concern is how they extract, this porject has been in the corner for at least 18 months so I don't want to delay it any more !!

Mine extracts down the back of the machine, the wall and all over the floor in copious amounts! It has a little deflector plate which catches the stuff off the back of the belt and sends it south, it is flat not curved but original as far as I can tell.
If you have a way of putting dust extraction on it I would recommend it!
18 months... I wish some of my projects got looked at that quickly!

The reason i ask is my disasembley pictures got lost with a phone and the pulley that was fitted was badly damaged.
So i bought a new pulley and belt ..only issue is the new belt is too short. I think because the pulley has increased slightly in size ..hence the request
The motor pivots on an aluminium(on mine) frame and this gives tension to the belt, but the motor takes up all the room and I cant pivot it high enough with the new belt.
I could do with a bit of info from either of you if possible.
