Part of the bedroom is flat roof and small leak took a while to show through by which time the old, overboarded, plasterboard swelled so now no option but to remove the lot. Other bedroom, not overboarded, where there was a leak simply needed a new small section of plasterboard letting in to repairWhat do you regret about it?
I overboarded our kitchen ceiling when I redid the kitchen and drilled loads of big holes in the original to pull the wiring through and it's been fine for the last 10 years (unlike the cabinet doors).
