Seems to be creeping into the US, agreement with JD and farmers federation
I think this bit might be a bit tricky to police if they really mean it - "Under the agreement, equipment owners and independent technicians will not be allowed to "divulge trade secrets" or "override safety features or emissions controls or to adjust Agricultural Equipment power levels."
