Prepping for replacing the rear outrigger, all the bits are made and just a little surface prep and I can weld everything in. Welded in one small repair already. Took me about 8hrs so far to prep everything so a bit slow going. Made a new outrigger with my little Gabro, it couldn't quite bend the small flanges so I had to finish them with a hammer. The outrigger is 2mm thick. Will get it all welded in this week after work is the plan.

I like that bending machine it looks a very handy tool

From a seller, it’s 600mm and quoted bend is full length.

GABRO folders use sections of standard
steel angle cut as required for folding box
ends. A narrow bed ensures that return
bends can be made with the component
suspended inside the machine. The Clamp
Bar can be removed so that brackets and
channel sections can be formed round it.
The Clamp Bar clamps the component
and bends the sides so that the backstop
holds the finished width irrespective of blank
variations.
A particular feature is the Selective Bending
Device which enables interrupted or partial
folds to be made simply and quickly.
Thicker strip material can also be folded for
manufacturing brackets due to the height
adjustment of the Clamp Bar.
Model B620-2 is suitable for bench and stand mounting; Model BF1000
includes a stand. Please ask for full details and specifications of all GABRO
machines.
Max material thickness: Steel - 1.2mm / Aluminium - 1.6mm

They’re a great bit of kit. They also do a 1000mm version but much more rare.

Old light got smashed so bought a new one from Toolstation. Looks good and bright.
