I’ll just pay someone to put it back in. I don’t have a clue how much of that tatty sealant to trim back or how to trim it back without causing more damage. Maybe a windscreen place will have some plastic or rubber lined backed knife to avoid damaging paint as they trim it down? I don’t have a clue. I’d just be jumping up and down having cut into the new paint.Get yourself some 2-3 cup suction handles for when you put it back in.
I've one of each of these, been very pleased with them. Used them to carry a glass shower screen in my dads house and it was heavy enough for two of us.
