Don't know what and how heavily loaded everything is, and I've heard of diversity, but could the tails you have linking the two Henley blocks become overloaded if they are the same size as all the other tails?

looks to be 16mm . it hasnt been connected to the supply yet by the looks could feed the 1st block from supply with 25mm tails and take the link out between the blocks if its only 16mm and put in 25mm if its not a tt system the earth wire feeding the db s should be 16mm not 10
