Thankyou, I have problems and it has caused embarrasment and uncomfortableness for me by certain people telling me I should..blah blah. You are 100% correct with the bullying and be littling attitude, those that do this have 100% brain fuction and should be glad they have, thank you for your post ,its appreciated.My gripe is with those who find it neccesary to point out spelling and grammatical errors, which has
no relevance to the actual post, or thread.
The danger, in my view, is it can make people shy of posting, in the fear that their post will be held up
for inspection.
On some literary platforms this may be expected. But, a welding forum ?
This is a very friendly, and widely inclusive, forum. Long may it remain so.
But, the Grammar Police (and you know who you are), are a particularly sad breed who's time would be
better spent inhabiting more appropriate fora.
All members should feel free, and comfortable, to participate, without fear of inappropriate correction.
It's a form of bullying, and a particularly sad and desperate one, at that.
