Sesquipedalian has the same meaning. Literally, the Latin means a foot and a half.

One of my favourites. Had a manager who I described as sesquipedalian, unfortunately his plethora of long obscure words were used to justify his " interesting theories" about bankers, Jews, people who were less than white and how nice the Nazi's really were

Many moons ago I used to work in telephone tech support for the general public, of the 30 people on shift with me 6 were dyslexic. They were also the smartest people in the place but trying to decipher their notes from a previous call was VERY challenging.
