Be sure to get a digital thermometer as you start your 10 minute odd baking time once the part hits the 200 degrees (or whatever the manufactured recommends). Plus you want to keep the part at the desired temp and I found the convection oven I used wasn't perfectly accurate if you just trust the dial itself.
