We had a hog roast at our wedding, the venue planner woman asked what I was doing for a vegetarian option, my reply of asking them to fetch their own food didn't seem to go down well.

I like making my own pork scratchings but the puffed type are somewhat kinder on the ivorys!
My local butcher gives me the skin for free. Its about an hour to make a batch in the oven.
