I've finally gotten around to turning on the biofuel reactor.

Defender head gasket seems sorted, so the FL2 with its (probably) non bio friendly dpf can stay parked up for a while.

I do wonder if countries like Spain, who have had no involvement in the attacks will suffer in the same way as us.

I think that most of the ships passing Iran have been heading east.

Thats Lindsay oil refinery I think….but and its quite a big but…to refine crude oil into fuels one needs a supply of crude. The only refinery with a piped supply was Grangemouth down the Forties Pipeline. Now the crude is either exported or used in the petro chemical plant. So with oil arriving by sea it can come from where ever its bought. And dont forget once the oil is loaded the “ bill of laden” is bought and sold many times from the point of loading to the refinery.

In real terms this was partly why Grangemouth as a refinery was very important, North Sea oil into a uk refinery, into the uk supply chain, but for many reasons some financial, some political its now gone.

Such huge mistakes. And we see it happening with UK steel as well. We won't have any form of self sufficiency soon.
