Something else to do with your sourdough starter when you feed it rather than throw any, make some crackers. We did a batch of them today. My wife makes the dough then splits it and freezes half than we make some and bake them when we are using the oven.

We are getting regular supplies of strong bread flour again so my wife made a sourdough loaf yesterday with part plain and part wholemeal. It came out pretty well. My job is slicing
