I feel your pain, well i did till we moved out some 16yrs ago now have a drive for 2 motors, pure heaven^^^ doesn't matter on my road...we have a street full of parked cars from a main road. If I didn't use the parking there's a dozen other cars that would use it.
Its different I guess when you live in a village where everyone knows each other....in London its every man for himself...hence the reason I want to move!
I have one car that's strategically parked to prevent people blocking my dropped kerb!...it never moves except for the MOT once a year. Pretty ridiculous but thats what it takes!
Van goes on the driveInteresting thread, mostly theoretical problems from my POV, location, location, location. One question though: Do any of you see you see yourselves as part of the problem, or is always other people?
2 cars, 2 bikes and a van here. And off road parking for all of them, and many more. Indoor parking if I could be bothered opening doors too. :smug:

My brother has a thing about people parking next to him in car parks....when the rest of the car park is totally empty.
I often get pictures of his car with another car blocking his drivers side door...in an empty car park.
No idea why it happens to him...never happens to me!
Someone once told me they got so annoyed with an illegal parked car that they moved it into a double yellow zone...no idea if its true or not!
Van goes on the drive
Car on the road
I'd put some slabs down and park the car off road too but school run lot would block is in daily. Not paying for another dropped kurb when I rent.
I look for the empty corner.A couple of years ago I parked in Asda early one morning. Hardly a car in sight, I left the door open as I wandered a few years to buy a ticket.... and turned back to my car to see some t**t patiently waiting for me to close it, so he could park RIGHT NEXT TO ME!?
There wasn’t a car within 10 parking spaces in any direction, but this moron felt his herding instinct too strongly to resist.
Sometimes I despair of the human race.![]()

I regular park half way across 2 bays to stop ringpieces parking close and bumping there door on my vanhad someone say one day do you normally park like that . YEP all the time to stop ass holes like you hitting it and I walk off

But criminal damage and i would never suggest such a thing to do![]()
emptying an entire bottle of Loctite into the two expensive Abus padlocks
it happens all the time. empty carpark and someone parks right next to you![]()
