I am juggling life with helping people. Lol today my shed build got underway as I expect rain in the next few days and I am not far of packing the first packages to go out.....

Emptying it while I build a larger concrete block version.......lol . It was full but that's now been moved.......I have 50 bags of gone off cement and a bulk bag of rubble to move to enlarge the patio. Then 200 blocks and 40 bags of grade 1 cement and a bulk bag of sand plus a pallet of shiplap.

It's easier to come through the garage than the kitchen as kitchen has a 90 degree bend which makes handling the wheel barrow much harder.

The green house was on the end of the shed but I have moved it and dropped it to the lower patio. So I can get an extra 6 foot on to the 12 foot original shed foot print...add to that an extra 2 foot to the width of the original shed and I should get an extra workshop. Hopefully it will look similar to this.

I wax not going to add the veranda. Lol that is the toilet block where we take the fifth wheel on holiday. It's block clad with shiplap and looks mint .so I decided to copy it. Lol

Oh oh oh! I didn't realise we could do that! Thought we had to go with the completely unreasonable "get 20KG of random bolts, and maybe nuts" option.

So in that case, can I please have;

• One M8 bolt, 23.5mm length, in tungsten blue
• One M8 nut, with an imperial thread, in barbie pink
• Four nylon washers each of 22mm outer diameter but with inner diameter of 14/14.5/15.6mm

Oh, and presuming pro-rata, I guess that's around 10gm weight so I am happy to pay £0.0125 delivered. Let me know if you need an extra 15p for packing

British standard Indochinese sizes are somewhere in between with off center heads and thread angles etc for you to try & discover .

One thing I don't get...
Imperial bolts went from Whitworth thread sizing to AF (across flats) sizing

Metric stayed with the thread size...which if your new to spannering, drives you round the bend trying to figure out what size fits what bolt (and better yet...everyone else shrank their head size down, we kept ours at the old sizes...)

Hi, you're confusing thread sizes with spanner sizes. Whitworth and BSF used to have the same head size but BSF head sizes were reduced during the war to save metal. AF is the head size of UNF/UNC thread, i.e. 5/16" thread has 1/2" head size.
