Seems 'wrong' doesn't it? Turning everything up to put less heat in
This was the last corner think it could be turned down a touch.
Going to try it flat out on the fillets for the legs.
Now i need to put the legs between these two any tips for this?

Think my machine goes down to 0.6mm will whip of the door and the castors.Those are either powder coated or painted, once you get down to the metal you're probably dealing with 0.5mm...
It'd be good 'thin' practice
Thanks kentI see where your now stepping back. That is the cure! However the welds appear they remain with an over- cooked appearance though not undercut and no obvious holes blown in them.
How thick was that box?
