Hopefully within a couple of weeks. But weather depending. Am pushing it really especially this time of the year.
At least you know you aren't going to end up doing it on a blisteringly hot day at this time of year. It makes hard work of jobs like that when it's really hot.

Tell me about. Done the step sons double garage floor a few years ago. Told him to wait until it cools...no not him. Faffn div picked the hottest day of the year. Nearly lost the pad...

Only little issue I have is the boards. The twisting in them I can sort as I go. But some have a bow like a banner. You dont notice is but I eye everything in. Every little dip or bow will show when I pan and blade the concrete. Might have to use a chalk line to pin point to highs and lows and belt sand em.

Yes. When I was in the trade getting hold of them was easy. Been retired from it for 6 years and dont have the contacts now. It be ok .

Today's task.
Is mark and drill the these boards to take the tie bars .unfortunately going to have to run these short and weld the extensions on later when the old build comes down. Ideally want about 300mm in each side of the pad.

Another nightmare.
A good reason not to use scaffolding boards. Although they look straight and put in to line. The bows show up when you line the tops. In some places 4mm. Not good...its a footpath but if this was on site I would rip the lot out.
