When I worked at the metal yard I set up a (I think it was 1200kva) genny that we got in the scrap from british aerospace !mains electricity is subsidised it will cost u more in diesel to generate your own never mind sell it

 , I am hoping to learn more as I go along. I will do a google search for the items you say and go from there.I can't get my head around it all I just see 4 heavy cables and 5 lighter duty cables coming up from the generator into the current regulation part but I am not understanding it !
