Cheers mate, yea he's happy enough. This was a labour of love this one-I think that's par for the course when you get involved with projects that involve words like 'restoration' and 'boat'. The last week it was here I put in 90 hours monday-sunday and it was all hard graft getting it finished and out. Jobs like this don't make you money, but build confidence for the the the one that hopefully pays the kids uni bills or gets that Alfa SZ I always wanted (in already mint condition please.)Chap must be a very satisfied customer, looks great

I'm sure it would mate I've seen the ones that are all timber and not greased, they just slide along. A few ss skateboard bearings, at a cost of about a fiver, do make it run smooth and as the boat may be hired out it's easy for elderly people to operate without tearing their stomach muscles apart/too much strain.
