MOT extension due to virus lockdown

Just a note everyone,check with your insurance that its going to be ok ie drive with no MOT,even with this extension,just a heads up from one of the MOT garages i do work for,as they're unsure also

Essentially what they are doing is extending the current MOT certificate by 6 months if it requires one after this weekend, so your vehicle will still have an MOT, and will still be insured.

If you were to have an accident, and they refused to pay out because of this, then other than being complete wrist shakers, it’d fall down in a court of law due to the virus pandemic at the time..
