You can get parts easy enough but why pay £50 when you could buy a bearing for a few pounds. The Milwaukee craze is going to wear thin if you can't get parts for them![]()

Not entirely sure that's legal.I got a reply from Milwaukee, sorry we can’t sell you or tell you how to repair your tool as your a private individual! You must send it to a repair centre! I’ve cheekily asked for them just to give me the part I need since they won’t sell me one!
I was talking to someone yesterday about this - more so about vehicle repairs, but to get around the right to repair regs in Europe, manufacturers have said it’s on safety grounds as repairs have to be done by a competent person. Not entirely sure that's legal.
I won’t bother emailing the first guy again but the second guy is very decent. I’ll still buy the tools spares can be gotten pretty cheapNasty looking design & strange reaction to your inquiry, not conducive to further purchases
Don’t know and don’t really care. My attitude is, it’s mine and if I want to strip it down for repair or service I will. I get Milwaukee parts mostly from Ireland, this last part is from a guy down south. eBay throws a few parts suppliers up.Not entirely sure that's legal.

Does anyone know if other tool manufacturers sell parts to individuals? I am guessing this is probably standard unfortunately.
