we are talking about mig/mag welding process.
then you are talking about which type of arc you use: these are
short circuit arc, open arc or spray arc, and globular arc.
his welding machine can not weld pulse arc.

Inductance you can only use in short circuit arc.

Agree, can you get someone at hand to make the adjustments while you are welding. even stand beside your machine and wind the dials when welding yourself, you will soon see the 3 MIG process's and you dial into them, spray, dip and globular,

Just choose which table you want to choose your gas from?
These two are AWS and ISO gas standards.

Was reading up on "Tall Beads" and everything Im seeing says I need more voltage. Beads get tall due to lack of heat allowing for the filler material (solid .030) to flow outward and flatten.

You are not doing too bad Steve, I think the tall beads with the crater at the end are down to you pausing too long at the start followed by too much speed and lift off at the end. I wouldn’t mess with the settings you have, just work on technique.

I own, and use a Linde SVI-400.
I mix my own gasses to what ever ratio I need.

I am glad for you that you have a magic formula to mix your gas.

and my Richard Swinging table is recognized worldwide.
if you know anything about welding you should know that a WPS gives a certain range of gas and does not use your formula but it uses ISO 14175 or AWS A5.32M.

nine times out of ten it goes wrong with mixing your own gas.

200 amps is maximum for 0.8 mm wire. 200:20=10 14+10=24

so what you need is max 200 amps.
and 24 volts max.
you need to be slightly below but not above.

These formulas come from the middle management training.
IWS, IWT, IWE training.

if you use these formulas then it is easy to calculate your voltage approximately.

in our theme here we talk about 0.8 mm wire and this has a range of 200 amp max you should not exceed this otherwise your wire will explode.

other diameters of wire have other values.
