Concast bar might work but you’d need to get the geometry right and scrape the two slide halves together I think.

The dovetail angle was 55 Deg on an old Bantam, that I made a topslide for (hacked out of an old BR rail chair). I've still got the cutter, that you are welcome to borrow, if it's correct and large enough for yours.

Who knows maybe I will use my shaper instead - still haven't tried it - only had it for 20 years
