a bit of advice with pinlap sheds lift at corners and sides
not the rear or at the doorway part of reason why recognised that slats run the wrong way
to lift and place a battern you need to be at the side but close to the edge
lift up the sides until all 4 corners are off the floor you need 1" packers to lift it under every floor length do one side then the other and then go around again
you will need to tie in the lengths of 3x2 so drill a screw in through the floor at one edge then middle and far end should secure that length of 3x2
id lift more at the door end first and slot your wheel dolly in at this point
the fun side of it starts as the rear needs to be higher you can use stacker pieces on top of your wheel dollys
but you need your dolly a 1/4 of the shed under the shed otherwise it will be a struggle to get it up the slope
the rear should be about 5" higher whilst the rear sits on the dollys
then lever towards the ramp once the shed hits 2/3rds over the point of the ramp it should pivot over lifting the door end up
only lever at the base where the 3x2 struts are otherwise you may damage the shed base
