sorted out a bosch magdyno for the husky
i had already rewound it and the bike was running well at low rpm but would lay down when the throttle was wound wide open
after spending days on carb etc i spat the dummy and fitted it up on my motoring jig
spark was extremely powerfull at high and low speeds but as i increased the test gaps up to 8mm one lead would misfire now and then and i could hear a muffled arc going on inside , it turns out the slip ring
had a leak and was tracking to earth
i machined the flange off to get rid of any
track made one out of f glass sheet and araldited it on , this proved to be an effective cure and fixed the running issue
