cant beat having a load of carborundum grit in the chuck and all over the saddle etcSet up a die grinder on the super 7 toolpost and grind the feature you're after with mounted stones.

Well, a router would probably have the requisite speed. But how to jig it?
It’s a motorbike gearbox bearing, some have pins in to stop the bearing rotating.is it to secure / locate the bearing ,, sounds interesting.
I’d go die grinder with ball end burr. If it’s a one off you can get a cheaply off eBay.
If you don’t have a die grinder you might get away with a dremel?
I’ve a dentist drill which would do it. Again with a burr.
Probably nothing which you’ve got kicking about but it’s ideas to look on eBay / in Lidl / borrow etc
