As I mentioned previously, I've a Tirfor, ground anchor similar to this, but much betterThat is a very good point.
To be honest, not sure, but I'd assume it's a hoist.
I was going to put some kind of fixing into the concrete path up by the garage, but I could maybe fix a roller to the floor and mount the hoist so it still pulls vertical.
Might not be worth the hassle though.
I'd drag it up with my bike but not sure I want to kill a 70 year old cork lined clutch.
I'll keep my eyes open for suitable pulling equipment, I'd much rather pull it up the path than push it!
Whatever I do, I guess chocking it regularly too will be a good idea.
Plus stump anchor, various ropes, strops, pulley blocks, shackles etc. all rated >6tonne.
You're welcome to use if needed, save you buying stuff 'just in case'
