We want to put an electric shower in to a bathroom where there is currently no wiring for one. To access the ceiling space to run the wires from the distribution board to the bathroom we need to lift some planks in a very tightly fitted tongue and groove floor and to make it more difficult, it is a bare wood, varnished floor that is seen and used in the room its in.
How do I lift this and either save the planks so they can go back down without looking a mess? I dont mind replacing them but would need to find some planks the same thickness.
(I will get an electrician to connect everything up but want to sort the access to make it easy)
