) ], would have to line up both longitudinally & radially - a positional nightmare 
one of you mentioned making the tooling out of hardwood. Is that genuine. If so I might be able to do it here at RAF Waddington. They offered to weld it for me. Cost: a slab of lager. lol
Twas I (see post 59) yes & ply, ( made loads of tools for one off jobs) - BUT - You will have to find a company with a pressbrake that uses Urethane bottom tooling to do the forming. (15yrs since we sold oursIs that genuine
