Probably not but removes the silly user error when someone connects it to too high pressure/damp air which would rust out the internals.Folks.

Is my Lidl Plasma cutter and compressor set-up. Apologies for the dodgy photo. Compressor is a Clarke 24 litre that is, according to the manual, 8 bar max working pressure with a max flow rate of 7 cu.ft/min.
Question - does it need a separate filter and regulator in the air line between the cutter and the compressor?
