not exactly the best way to attach a shackle either ! 100% better if it was welded on 90 degrees from what it is
Improved in what way ?'I think he's seen this on ebay and 'improved' it and then got pulled for being overloaded, no docs etc as above. Idiot
the bar top and bottom of the tipper ram isnt solid across the chassis rails4.5k is miles out of bed for a home grown top heavy flimsy tipping trailer, its a nice idea poorly executed. Cant see for the life of me why he has built a doubledecker sub chassis as a base, its put all the load way too high.

not been critical it has a lot of weak points. i built a 7 hundred weight 2 wheel trailer and put a ton block of bricks in itLooks like the paint is doing some of the heavy lifting there!
It's easy to be critical though, a project someone has clearly put a lot of hours into and got a working thing out at the end. Even if it's likely to be a bit catastrophic if uses in anger.
Definately wouldnt put a harrison in that thing !not been critical it has a lot of weak points. i built a 7 hundred weight 2 wheel trailer and put a ton block of bricks in itthe tires nearly went flat but it took it without damage. brought a harrison lathe home in it as well about 80 miles
tires were a bit warm mind
I've not seen it "working"....Unless holding paint above ground level is a job.Looks like the paint is doing some of the heavy lifting there!

Be unique design your own, and then others will copy you.if you ever make a trailer just go and photograph a few factory made ones and take a tape measurethey get a bit pi.ssed off with you but its 2 late by then

can do but like everything else let someone else do the hard work on a proven thing. then you can add a few mods of your own and improve it furtherYou can't design your own ?
Can't do FEA in your head ?
Are you Chinese?can do but like everything else let someone else do the hard work on a proven thing. then you can add a few mods of your own and improve it further![]()
I don't think you can criticize the enthusiasm. But the price is way out. 500 quid would be to much. For that money you can get an ifor tipper and a proper monoboom hydraulic hiabLooks like the paint is doing some of the heavy lifting there!
