The only ones I can link to are the big WNMG inserts which I'd say are too big for your machine. I don't think you can get holders that are less than 16mm shank to go with them, big stuff compared to your machine.

Have a search on here, there were a couple of threads a while back asking for help on inserts and they should guide you to what'll suit you best. Personally I don't recommend going with cheap inserts, I accept that some people get lucky and find they perform well but they could also be junk and cause poor results and frustration. They don't cost enough to warrant struggling with cheap ones.

That's the one I'm using on the ML7, I bought it off a Member on here with 6 x tool holders, one of which is specifically for the parting off tool.

Tried forcing it didn't work I'll have a look at the back tomorrow how would I fix the screw

Lathe, screwcutting gears...dunno till you show it to us.

Worst case use a stick welder stick the rod to he back of the screw to help turn it out, its broke anyway

You will either have to modify your existing backplate to take the new chuck or make/buy a blank threaded or not to fit the new chuck too.

Worth checking the bay regularly
Managed to gather up a fair few chucks for mine that screwed straight on.

I'll get pictures tomorrow one of them the bit you put the key in is broke so you can't unscrew it and the other is snapped in half

Looks good to me for £40, reversible jaws as well so would be a handy addition

I'd grab that for 40 quid. No obvious rust or seized jaws like you often find in fact it looks like it's still got it's coating of cosmoline.

Cushman are one of the better US-made chucks, always popular across the pond - in the US that would be gone in a flash!

Not surprised, by the time it's packed properly it's a very heavy jiffy bag... Where is it located, anyone nearby? Thinking Underground Railway, passing it hand to hand?

On a plus note I've got all the jaws out of the old chuck I just need to find some new screws
