Okeydoke, i have set up, well setting up the VFD for the lathe.
I have set it to 50hz for the motor, and max 1455rpm for the motor also, and emergency brake now as it was slow to stop now it it great when you press the stop on the VFD.
One thing i am lost withn is when turning down a steel bolt i had spare i noticed that when removing 30tho the rpm would reduce by half. Tonight i had ago with the setting as above and it reduced rpm even with 10 thou be removed.
is it a torque setting i need to adjust on the VFD ?
if not what can be causing it ?
i cna get a video if needs be to show what it does.
